Grout pump for micro piping

Grout pumps are available in a variety of sizes and power ratings with a grout injection pressure of up to 450 bar and a flow rate of 210 lt / min. The grouting machine can easily meet all the main requirements of low, medium and high pressure applications, such as micro-hole, anchor injection, osmotic grouting, compensation grouting, grouting grouting (such as holes in mines, tunnels, etc.), drilling mud injection, etc.

 

In particular, for micro-pipeline engineering, the more powerful GDH75 / 100 grout pump for micro-pipes is widely used. Adjustable flow and pressure: low pressure 0-50Bar / 725psi, flow rate: 0-75L / min; high pressure: 0-100Bar / 1450psi, flow rate 0-40L / min.

The grout pump can be used with a matched grout mixer and agitator for continuous mixing and grouting projects. The grout recorder can also work with the machine to record flow and pressure.
